A standard store setup takes 2-3 business days. This includes product configuration, payment integration, shipping setup, and basic customization. More complex setups with custom features may take 1-2 weeks.
What's included in the setup fee?
The $299 setup fee covers: adding your products and categories, setting up Stripe or Paystack payments, configuring shipping methods and tax rates, email notification setup, basic theme customization to match your brand, and deployment to your hosting platform.
Which payment gateways do you support?
Out of the box, RailsyCommerce supports Stripe (international) and Paystack (Africa). I can integrate any additional payment gateway as a custom feature — PayPal, Flutterwave, Razorpay, Square, and more.
Can you work with my existing design?
Absolutely. I can customize the theme to match your brand guidelines including colors, fonts, layout changes, and custom components. Just send your design files, brand guide, or examples of sites you like.
What about hosting costs?
Hosting is separate. I can deploy to Railway ($5-20/mo), Render ($7-25/mo), DigitalOcean ($12-24/mo), Heroku ($7-25/mo), or your own server. I'll recommend the best option for your budget and traffic.
Do you offer refunds?
If I haven't started your project, full refund. Once work begins, I charge only for time spent. I believe in transparent, fair pricing — no surprises.
